His services include bi-weekly landscaping and general grounds maintenance. The grounds always look neatly kept and clean of debris. He offers recommendations on tree pruning and limb removal as needed. These services are always provided at reasonable costs. He takes the opportunity from landscaping visits to assist with the management of the property. This includes inspection of tenant's areas and providing first contact with tenant representatives on site.
